Most players in our communities are friendly and gentle.  But sometimes you may meet a few trouble raisers that keep bothering you in game.  There is a chat filter in our game to help you in this situation. Click the small 'lock'  icon under the chat box, you'll see a dialog pop up, it helps you filter the chats. For example, when you are playing a game with a good friend, then a player comes in and keep bothering you when watching the game. Please choose the 'receive chats from opponent only' option at this time, it will only receive chat from your opponent, all audience chats will be filtered.   

 

In another case, if you want to chat with your opponent privately, just choose 'send chat to opponent only'.


And at anytime, if you meet offensive players, you can report them to our game moderators(Randy, Swanie, Bunny Man or Bug Hunter), they'll help you in time. Or you can record his username, send an email to support@etiumsoft.com. 

To those who are offensive and rude in game, we will ban their accounts from chat or login, or cancel their accounts. It depends on how badly they've affected other players.
